Diale Fomukong hails from Lowe, Batanga in Ndian Division, Cameroon. She is the daughter of Mr. Penda Puis Moleke and Mama Regina Matuke of Manya village. Upon completing Government Primary School, Ekona Yard, she attended Government Grammar School Mundemba in Ndian where she was the Girls Senior Prefect. She also attended Government High School Limbe where she was the Social Prefect. She transferred to Lycee’ Bilingue de Essos, in Yaounde, where she attained the GCE Advanced Level Certificate. She completed one year of Law School in University of Yaounde in Cameroon and was granted the national scholarship to undertake an Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in United Kingdom. She graduated from the University of Northumbria in Newcatle upon Tyne, United Kingdom with a BA Hons in Library and Information Studies.  I attended the University of Surrey, in Guildford, United Kingdom and graduated with a Master of Sciences in Tourism Management.  She sat for the Duke of Edinburgh Chartered Institute of Marketing, in London exam and passed the Diploma in Marketing exam.  Diale is married to Ndingsa G. Fomukong, Ph.D.

We relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas and started our family and are blessed with Abou-Nica Nyama Melanie Fomukong, Matuke Claudine Fomukong and Anwi Janai-Sansa Fomukong. My career started in Little Rock, Arkansas with the State of Arkansas in the Economic Development Department as Financial Analyst and a Statistical Analysis Manager for seven years. After twelve years in Little Rock, Arkansas we transferred to Rio Rancho, New Mexico in 2005.

In the past sixteen years, I have held some professional positions. Currently working in the City of Albuquerque, in New Mexico as a Planning Development Coordinator. Prior, I worked as a Program Specialist in City of Albuquerque Family and Community Services Department.  I worked as a Grants Specialist in the City of Rio Rancho; and a Financial Analyst with Laguna Development Corporation in the Pueblo of Laguna and a Financial Analyst with Acoma Business Enterprises in the Pueblo of Acoma. As a community advocate, I graduated from Leadership Sandoval County, served as a Public Board member with the New Mexico Board of Nursing, served on the Board of Examiners with Quality New Mexico; Board member with Fomukong Health Foundation and served on the Board of Deacons with the Rio Rancho Presbyterian Church in New Mexico. My newest commitment is one of the Founders of MUGSOSA (Mundemba Grammar School Old Students Association) where I serve on the Interim Executive Board and an Information and Media Secretary for Alumni world-wide. I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Oroko Cultural Association (OCA-USA) and be part of the Oroko Global Scholarship Team whose objective is to educate the Oroko children.
